That growth comes with responsibility, and it inspires us to continually improve the way we support the partners and customers who are the backbone of our business.

A year ago, we made a decision that has since provided us with invaluable knowledge: we built a full-scale SMART Repair workshop from the ground up. Not because it was the easy path, but because we wanted to understand the craft from the inside out. We wanted to gain firsthand insight into exactly what our partners face every day, both technically and commercially. That experience has made us a better business partner.

At the same time, over the past year, we have invested in Repair2Care—our international communication platform—and prepared it to be not only our voice, but also a powerful tool for our customers and partners in their own communication with end customers.

Now we are ready for the next chapter.

We are closing the workshop and transforming our location at Nibevej 4 in Aalborg into something we have been looking forward to for a long time: a modern HBC Showroom and an international training center—a place where national and international partners and technicians can meet, learn, and grow together with us.

To the staff and customers who have been part of the workshop’s journey: thank you. It has meant more than you may know.
